The hotel has very pleasant staff and brand-new rooms. the location is magnificent and exceptionally nice, it's really close to public areas like elevators, where breakfast is served, as well as Gainesville for a wedding on the UF campus.

Enjoyed the amenities offered, especially the kitchenette. Conveniently located near I-75 and close to everything. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Found hairs in the bathroom, cleanliness could be improved. Limited TV channel selection, only about 10 channels of entertainment.

The hotel was easy to find right off the highway. We never had any issues finding parking in the smaller parking lot. The location was convenient, with a short drive to and from the campus. The kitchen facilities, including the grill downstairs, were useful for cooking and making s'mores. Two members of the front desk staff were friendly. The shower was clean with no mold, and the countertops, cabinets, microwave, toilet, and sinks were all clean. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were also clean. The full-size refrigerator, working dishwasher, and stove top were in good condition and clean. The main bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great, getting super cold when needed.
